Before you start using the D-Link Self Service Portal, please read the following:
1) This Self Service Portal is only compatible with the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser (version 6 or 7).
2) You will need to accept the installation of an Internet Explorer Plug-in the first time you attempt to upload or download any files through the Self Service Portal.
3) If you have any difficulties logging into the Self Service Portal please contact your local helpdesk using the contact numbers in the ‘More Contact Information’ section.

5) When using the D-Link Self Service Portal, please disable your 'Popup Blocker' and avoid using the 'Back' button in your Web Browser.
